ARTISTS BIO

I am a native Californian currently living and working in the San Francisco Bay Area. I attended the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising where I studied illustration, color, and design. I have an Associate of Arts degree in fine arts from West Los Angeles College, and was awarded first place in painting in 1975 at the student art show. I am primarily self-taught but also continued my education taking printmaking classes at U.C.L.A.

My artwork is included in numerous corporate and private collections, including the U.S. State Department, the Pentagon, and the Makuhari-Messe Convention Center in Toyko, Japan have collected my work. Through my affiliation with the Los Angeles County Museum of Art rental gallery I have sold over 70 pieces of art.
